The MP1226XHD Transfer Case is an OEM replacement for Silverado, Sierra, Suburban and Yukon vehicles years 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019. The “XHD” refers to an “extra-heavy-duty” design, meaning the transfer case is built to handle higher torque loads and more extreme conditions, such as off-roading, towing, and other heavy-duty applications. Our MP1226 utilizes the latest upgrades and remanufacturing technology to build a transfer case that can withstand years of hard driving in adverse conditions. Most versions of the MP1226XHD transfer case provide a locking mechanism to allow the driver to lock the front and rear driveshafts together, which can be useful when traction is extremely low (e.g., in deep mud or snow).
